A new landscape software designed by landscape designers at the University of Pennsylvania has created stunning images of a forest, lake and cityscape in an effort to create a sense of place.
The company, called Gecko, is a tool that allows designers to create their own “landscape” and create custom versions for the office or home.
The company’s website says the tool can be used in a variety of settings, including to create custom landscape art, as well as to create interactive designs, video and music.
The tool is based on the Google Maps geospatial system, which can be found on Android devices.
The software allows for users to create “mixed-reality” maps, which take the user into virtual environments that are created in the user’s mind, creating a sense that the environment is real.
The software uses a technique called “collage,” which allows users to combine multiple photos of a given location to create an interactive map.
Gecko is currently only available for Android devices, but the company says it plans to release a commercial version in the future.
Gecko’s design software uses multiple layers to create images, which are then combined to create maps.
The user can then place the images together in a unique landscape for a specific setting.
GeekWire reported in January that Gecko was in development for Google, but was only recently released to the public.
The feature was initially intended for Apple’s iPhone, but Apple was unable to implement it due to a patent dispute with Google.
Gecker said it was hoping the software would bring the same visual quality as Google’s Maps.
“We’re hoping to be able to use Google’s own product for free, and we’re hoping the public will adopt our software,” he said.
“But we’re going to take some of the best features that Google has and bring them to a more open platform, where the public can have access to them.”
Gecko will be available for free for three months from now, but it will cost $99.99 a month.
It also comes with a 30-day trial period.
The Google Maps app, which is available for $9.99 per month, does not allow users to use the gecko app to create its own maps.
The developers said it had been working on the software for months and it was only now that the software had been released to download.
Gekeo’s main goal is to provide users with a “visual and intuitive” way to create the kind of interactive and rich environments that can be made by any company, and they have designed it to allow for different types of environments to be created.
Geeker said that with Gecko they could create “unique landscapes” that could be easily displayed on their wall, table, or a table top, but also as part of an interactive design.
“I think that’s where the potential lies,” he told GeekWire.
“Gecko lets us create these environments that people would find difficult to create with any other software.
Gecko is a very powerful tool.”
Geckoes interface is also very intuitive.
Gecks developers say the company has been using Google Maps for the past year, and that Geckoes software is also compatible with Google’s Android app.
“This is the best map solution available today,” the company’s marketing manager, Daniel Fosse, told Geekwire.
“It’s the most powerful software for mapping today.”
Geek Wire contacted Google for comment and will update this article if we hear back.
