A crossover game has finally made it to the WiiU, and Nintendo has announced a couple of changes that make it easier to play.
The first is a new game mode that lets players use a GamePad controller in addition to a GameCube controller.
The second change is that Nintendo has included a “mini game mode” in the WiiUniverse, allowing players to download a single-player game from a library and play against AI opponents.
The new mini-game mode is available on WiiU’s eShop and can be found on the game’s main menu, where it is labelled as “Super Smash Bros. Brawl.”
It also shows up as a download option on the WiiConnector website.
Nintendo has not revealed when it will release Super Smash Bros., but it’s currently on sale for $59.99.
The game is a remaster of the original Smash Bros.: Melee, and it was released last year on WiiWare and in the Nintendo 3DS eShop.
